Ecommerce is driving the new economy and the internet is primary facilitator. The internet is communication network that has revolutionized the way people access, share and use information The use of the Internet means that your internal IT and e-commerce systems are potentially accessible by anyone, irrespective of their location. SSL Certificate is the solution for all the above stated problems. SSL Certificates are guaranteed to be the most effective online security available today. The highest browser ubiquity the most effective and trusted it is considered.

The term browser ubiquity explains an SSL certificate’s browser compatibility i.e., the extent to which the Certification Authority’s (CA) Certificate is included in the Web browsers. SSL Certificates with 99.3% browser ubiquity are very easily compatible with Internet Explorer, AOL, Netscape, Opera, Safari, Mozilla, Firefox, Konqueror, Palm OS, BlackBerry OS, Microsoft Windows Mobile, Sun Java Runtime, ACCESS NetFront, Cingular WAP Gateways and Many Nokia devices.

A basic criterion to select a SSL Certificate today is browser ubiquity. Browser ubiquity means the number of Internet users that will inherently trust an SSL certificate. Few SSL Certificates are inherently trusted by 99.3% of the current Internet population, which is the maximum any CA is providing in the market. A High browser ubiquity means that most existing browsers recognize a given certificate and thus secure transactions can take place on those browsers.

Another consideration often overlooked concerning the overall ubiquity of a SSL certificate is the issue over certification authority. When connecting to a web server over SSL, the visitor’s browser decides whether or not to trust the web site’s SSL certificate based on which Certification Authority has issued the actual SSL certificate.

It is strongly recommended that all the websites should opt for an SSL Provider with 99% or above browser ubiquity, a 10% difference in browser ubiquity is equal to millions of Internet users who may not recognize your Certificate. The lower the browser ubiquity, the less people will trust your certificate, so if you are operating a commercial site you require as many people as possible to trust your SSL Certificate. As a general rule, any SSL Certificate with over 99% browser ubiquity is adequate for a commercial site.

“SQL Server Indexes
A database index is similar to an index in a book it is comprised of a lookup value, and a number identifier that corresponds to the row number in a table. In SQL Server, there are two kinds of indexes clustered and non-clustered. Clustered Indexes require that the data in the table is physically sorted in the order of the index. Because the data in a table can be physically sorted only one way, there can be at most only one clustered index per table. Non clustered index do not require that data be physically sorted, so there can be more that one non-clustered index per table. In fact SQL Server allows up to 249 non-clustered indexes per table. Because data is not physically sorted, range searches using a non clustered index are not very efficient.

The command for creating an index in T-SQL is

CREATE [ UNIQUE ] [ CLUSTERED NONCLUSTERED ] INDEX index_name ON { table view } ( column [ ASC DESC ] [ ,...n ] ) [ WITH < index_option > [ ,...n] ] [ ON filegroup ] < index_option > :: = { PAD_INDEX FILLFACTOR = fillfactor IGNORE_DUP_KEY DROP_EXISTING STATISTICS_NORECOMPUTE SORT_IN_TEMPDB }

PAD_INDEX specifies the percentage of space left free on the non-leaf levels of the index. FILLFACTOR specifies the percentage to fill the leaf pages. SORT_IN_TEMPDB specifies that intermediate results of the sort will be stored in tempdb. This increases disk space requirement but affects speed index creation. STATISTICS_NO_RECOMPUTE tells the system not to automatically update index statistics.

Of course, indexes can also be created and managed using the Enterprise Manager. They can be created using the Create Index Wizard, from the Database Diagram, or by modifying fields in the Table Designer.

There is a trade off with indexes. While they speed up execution of queries immensely, there is overhead associated with them. They consume additional disk space, and require additional time to update themselves whenever data is updated or appended to a table. When loading large amounts of data it may pay to drop the index prior to the loading, then recreate the index after the new records have been appended to the table. Indexes can be dropped using the Table Designed, or by using the DROP INDEX command.

Indexes can also become fragmented. To defrag an index, either drop and recreate the index, or issue the command dbcc indexdefrag.

“

Search engine marketing represents only 3% of all funds spent, yet generates 70% of all leads. A catchy headline such as this in your newspaper or on a website is enough to spark you into action. As a proactive entrepreneur, you are likely to waste no time in enquiring about advertising design agencies or web marketing firms in your local yellow pages or over the net, compare rates and pick one to handle your internet marketing.

However, soon you find out that your website is up and running but as far as bringing in business is concerned, you have nothing to write home about. Now you start wondering about the whether the figures quoted in the report were cooked or you did something wrong.
So what went wrong, where?

Only one in 10 websites do it right

Research associated with web marketing reveals there are more than 10 million websites of which approximately 60% are commercial. Yet, less than 10% of these follow the right steps to make the web work for them.

As an entrepreneur you can draw two important inferences from these statistics. First, despite there being millions of websites, you need to worry only about a few of your competitors.

Second, when most of the web marketers still groping in dark you have the fair chances to carving a niche for your products or services by taking smart web marketing steps.

A strategic plan to launch your product or service on the web is the backbone of your web marketing efforts. To set up a website was your immediate goal and you did it on time. But the key to its success lies in the question, how you have done that and what next? If you want to grow and use internet to generate business for you then you need to harness the potentiality of this e-platform smartly.

Need for targeted traffic

Attractive design, crisp and compelling copies, easy navigation, well planned graphical illustration and most importantly creating strong brand image are some of the most important aspects that goes behind architecting a successful website.

But the task doesnt ends here. What next? Think why people are ready to pay exorbitant rates for buying an office space or shop in busy commercial area. The same rule applies here. You need to have traffic on your website to make it work. Now traffic again is a little vague unless I prefix the word target to it. You need targeted traffic on your website.

Internet advertising revenues exceeded $5.2 billion for the third quarter of 2007, representing a 25.3% increase and $1.1 billion increase over Q3 2006.

The figures simply suggest advertisers and marketers have started realizing web as a powerful medium of advertising. If your web is not working for you then you need to find an interactive advertising agency that provides full array of web development services along with marketing solutions. This can help you to:
Increase online traffic
Increase conversion
Dominate your competition
Lower client acquisition cost
Earn fast measurable ROI
Broaden market share

Five vital checkpoints for choosing an advertising and marketing firm

Cant finish this piece without a word of caution! Choosing an interactive advertising agency is not something to be done in haste.

** Study their work expertise to find out what kind of specialized services they offer it is always preferable to opt for an agency that offers end to end web development and marketing services.

** Check out the portfolio of the agency or firm (most have their work on display online).

** Find out whether they give guaranteed search engine rankings for targeted keywords or not.

** Browse the About Us pages to know the people behind the company, their experience and expertise.

** Cross check testimonials to ensure whether the company enjoys a satisfied client base.

Search engine marketing is exploding and so are the incomes from it. If your equations right, there will be no looking back for you!

Everyone knows google today, we make all our searches with it.
Do you know how much they are making a year? Their endorsement was
10.6 billion usd in 2006.
3.5 billion of the amount was net profit which occured because you
google for your searches.
The ads are 99% of the company’s income. Do you get anything from this
amount?
Google paid 1.6 billion usd to Youtube. You uploaded your videos, 3
guys took the 1,6 billion.
Is it fair? It is the members that make these sites and services
valuable.

AGLOCO is a smart software designed to share their profit with their
users: You.
They will share 90% of their profit with agloco participants.
Hmm… Sounds nice. How much money can I make?

You became a member to AGLOCO, you downloaded and installed the
viewbar. You are surfing online at least 5 hours amonth.
In these conditions the company will earn approximately 12.5 usd, they
will give 5 dollars to you,
6.25 usds to your 5 level referrers. The company will keep 1.25 usd
from the total.
Here most important pre-condition for you is to make your referral
network. You’ll get money from up to 5 levels below you.

As an example: You refered 10 friends to AGLOCO. Your friends did not
work as hard as you and made just 3 new members each.
And let’s assume that, the new members made 3 members each also. As
you are getting money from the members up to 5 levels below you,
your monthly income will be approximately 1517.5 usd. You can
calculate how much you can make monthly for different scenarios with
the member calculator at AGLOCO’s web site.

How do I get my Money?
The money you earned will be transferred into your bank account. If
you wish you can get it by check or Paypal.
Will I be asked for a fee when I become a member or when I download
the software? Is this an illegal pyramid scheme?

Membership is completely free. Pyramid schemes work on the basis of
passing the new member’s entrance fee to older members.
In AGLOCO, you will get your share from the internet profits. The only
relevance between two is, the first members,
who makes a good referral network, will get more of the share .

Google has made enough money. Even if it’s not that much, you can
start making money right now by owning the internet by AGLOCO.
Seems worth giving a try, nothing to lose but we can make nice amounts
if all goes well. How will I start?

You can directly go to sigin page of AGLOCO by clicking here:
http://www.agloco.com/r/BBFW8250 . Join the economic network by filling the
your junk/spam folder, if you don’t recieve it.
If not there also, fill the ”forgot your info” part. They will send
your e-mail.
You need to click the link in your e-mail and activate your account.
You will be asked to change your password.
Enter a new password that you won’t forget. In the second mail, they

Some would say that a newspaper story isn’t an actual newspaper story unless it appears in the “real” version of the newspaper. Thats just not true. Online publicity is as valuable, and sometimes even more exciting, than traditional publicity. Consider these benefits of online newspaper coverage:

Printed versions of newspapers have a short shelf life. Theyre printed, delivered or bought, read, and then discarded. And thats that. Yes, you can clip your article, photocopy it, and add it to your media kit. But how many of your prospective clients are likely to cut out your article in the event that they, someday, might want to get in touch with you? Online newspapers are archived, and a simple search on a related topic will turn up your article anywhere, anytime when the time comes for your prospective client to find you.

A prospective client can cut your article out of a printed newspaper, photocopy it, and mail it to a friend, thus turning your friend into another prospective client. But how much easier is it for one person to send another person a link to your article?

Most daily newspapers are primarily of regional interest. That necessarily means that their subscribers are mostly not wholly, but mostly local. So largely people who live in and around, say, the Boston area will see the print version of your Boston Globe article. How many others, though former Greater Boston residents, relatives of those live or perhaps attend school in Massachusetts, executives who do business in Massachusetts, fans of New Englands sports teams, and so forth will likely see your article in the online version of the Boston Globe? And how many of these people have the potential to one day need your services or products?

Publicity is publicity, and few people would turn down publicity however they can get it. However, publicity that appears in print venues is here one moment and gone the next, whereas online publicity can endure and even perpetuate itself. An article in an online newspaper might include a hyperlink to your Web site or your blog. That can bring prospective clients directly to you. It might also motivate other Web site and blog owners to include references to the article (as well as the hyperlinks) which can create buzz about you on the Net and improve your visibility in search engines.

Some traditionalists still hold tightly onto their belief that a newspaper isnt a newspaper unless they can touch it with their fingers, carry it under their arms, unfold it on the train and, presumably, stain their hands while reading it on the way to work. Let me know when the article really appears, these old-school thinkers will say, and dont taunt me by citing all of the publications that carried the story online but didnt deem it important enough to include in their print editions. Their winning argument, they believe, is the fact that they cant even get a clipping of an article that has appeared only online.

These traditionalists are missing the point. Given the benefits of online coverage, an article that appears only online, or online as well as in print, will be of far greater value than one that appears only in print. Each time a newspaper (or a magazine, for that matter) prints your article online, the potential readership for that story increases exponentially. And you still have bragging rights you would have if youre tallying up your publicity hits for your Web site or media kit. A USA Today mention is a USA Today mention whether it happens online, in print, or both.

Im an average guy. Im online. I am sometimes trying to get something done and at other times I am just spending time looking up different sites online. You are a business. You are trying to accomplish your companys goals. You are trying to find success. These are two obviously separate tracks. For me, I dont care. Your companys success doesnt concern me. However for you, my actions online are important. Thusly, it is up to you to find a way in which these two separated worlds must find some common ground. How will you do it?

You need to advertise. How will you do that? There are currently several online internet advertising techniques. There are pop-ups, banner ads, emails, and a plethora of other advertising mechanisms. What do you think of these? Do you like them? Do you think that they convey the identity that you want for your company?

The advertising that you use needs to make me want to engage myself with your business. Do these online ads do that? If I clicked on one of these ads for your company will I find the things that your ad promised? Do you want me to?

You know that there are literally millions of internet ads online, do you like them? Do you think that they perform the function that they should? What is that function? It could be to get me to click once. It could also be to build awareness in me that you are able to assist me if I am interested in the product or service that you offer. You could work with me once or for years to come. How can you facilitate the difference? I think you have a lot of work ahead of you.

With the advent of internet, we have seen the explosion of businesses online. You may own an off line business and wish to take it online. The basic principle of online and off line businesses is the same. You do hear stories of people making it big all the time on the internet. Always take these stories with a pinch of salt, and be prepared to work hard and put in the effort required to make your online business successful.

There are certain advantages of an online business, one of them being the numerous marketing opportunities. There are several tools that help in internet marketing, including natural SEO or natural search engine optimization. Not all of them need loads of money, so you dont have to worry on that front. Some of these tools are easily available and definitely better than many off line business marketing tools.

Natural SEO is nothing but natural methods used for marketing against the sponsored or purchased methods. Natural SEO primarily is of two types, the off page SEO and the on page SEO.

The least important of the two natural SEO techniques is the on page natural SEO, it is just the basic kind of SEO performed on the web page itself. Here, the website owner needs to take care of optimizing the Title, Keywords, Content, and Description, making sure that when the search engines check the web page, they are convinced that the keywords provided are relevant with the content provided in the web page.

The more important natural SEO method is the off page SEO, which is performed at some other region other than the web page. One of the ways of off page natural SEO is inbound links to the web page from pages that have the similar keywords related to the niche of your website. When the search engines see several such inbound links from various sites in the same niche and relevant keywords, they assume that your webpage is being seen by other websites as being a contender for the particular keywords.

The natural SEO methods cost no money, whether it is submitting articles to various directories or posting on blogs or even getting links back from other websites, unlike other methods of SEO such as Pay per Click, which is paid traffic. Paid traffic is only limited to what you pay for. The minute your account is out of money, youre PPC ads stop and with it stops the traffic, unlike natural SEO that continues to work.

Many people are of the wrong notion that just paying for SEO gets them results and they wont have to work on optimizing their site. SEO experts believe that paid advertising is just not enough. Just because you have paid for it, it does not mean that this sort of promotion will take care of your requirements.

The main thing is that if you are spending money for paid advertising, you may not have a site that is search engine optimized. The entire purpose of SEO is to be able to find methods of natural SEO that help your site to rank high in the search engines.

It is a small world after all. Globalization is that great process that started perhaps with Mr. Marco Polo, but has since regained its prestige after a short stint of protectionism following the great depression. It sure is great, isnt it? I mean who doesnt like globalization? Well a bunch of hippies in Seattle, lay-abouts and activists without focus, but they hardly count. If youre down with the Red, White and Blue, you have to be down with the N-A-F-T-A; if you ask me. This is something that transcends partisan politics; I mean it was that crazy, high hippy president Clinton that finally put together full integration of North America. Globalization puts the free in freedom; and if you dont feel good about that, go back to the Khmer Rouge, Pol Pot. Although, I have noticed before in my life that sometimes things are a little more complicated than they may first appearespecially the pretty complicated things.

Its true that a certain amount of things have been freed up by the current manifestations of globalization, but perhaps some things that shouldnt have been freed were, while others that needed to were not. Labor rights movements in the U.S. actually began in the early parts of the 19th century and continued through the Civil War. It was an extremely difficult time in the history of the U.S., but through all the turmoil, pain and destruction came very important protections for workers.

The movement of business and production around the world as sponsored by globalization has reversed necessary gains made during these times and subjected workers from other nations to pre-labor rights conditions from U.S. firms. This formerly restricted activity has been freed up and it should not have been.

Interestingly enough, the movement of people is one of the things that has not been freed up by the promises of global connection in the processes of globalization. In fact, in lieu of recent conflicts between various countries and ideologies, the movement of people has become tighter and less fluid; even though now it is needed more than ever.

Perhaps the liberalization of former barriers that closed one another off from each other have not exactly been as free as they seem. One should approach free internet advertising with similar caution. Of course if has its merits, just as globalization does, but an honest examination must be done carefully in order to fully recognize what is truly free and what is simply a means to an ends for someone else.

The Association has repeatedly urged the Government to legislate for a comprehensive ban on all forms of tobacco advertising and promotion. These data add up to a strong circumstantial case that tobacco industry advertising and promotional activity encourages adolescents to smoke.
